Payments & Deposits
Payments are submitted through the website ONLY! This is to ensure that your order is noted and done on time. All purchases under $400, must be paid in full. Any purchases over $400 require a 50% deposit which is to be paid before your order is started. After your order is complete, you will need to submit the other half of the total to receive final items.
All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from client. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun.
No refunds are given for any promotional sale prices. If for any reason client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client. Once promotional items have been shipped and delivered, no refund shall be reimbursed unless items are defective.
Expect 24 -48 hour response time.All communication shall be done strictly via email. If at anytime you'd like to schedule a phone call, you can do so by sending an email with the time and date, and I will confirm it. Because it is better to have a paper trail, all things discussed via phone, will need to be submitted in an email as well.
Taylor Nicole Media works consistently to get orders out. Please be advised there will be no constant contact once your order has been submitted or during the creation period of your design. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS NOT BEING WORKED ON, OR HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED. If you have any questions about your order during this time, no problem, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to respond. Orders are created faster and better when there are no constant interruptions.
Often times customers ask what do they need for their website. I have created a list under this showing what I need for your site.
After website completion, 3 revisions are allowed. After it will result in an additional fee based on revision.
Timeframe 1-2 weeks ( Website Revamp)
Timeframe 2-3 weeks ( 3-Page Website Design)
All information must be submitted within 5 business days of form completion! ( Pictures, Bios, Info, etc.)
List of Requirements:
- Shopify/ Wix account login credentials.
- Instagram account login credentials in order to link a widget to a website.
- High- quality/ professional photos. If the client is unable to provide photos I can utilize my own stock photos for an additional fee.
- Names for page tabs.
- Typed out content for each page, emailed in a word document.
- For E-commerce websites, it is required to provide products’ name(s), imaging, product description, & pricing.
- Shipping fees, shipping policies, & order policies.
- Service will not start until all content has been submitted to the document.

Is it imperative to have a vision of some sort for your brand. Please keep in mind that when you ask me to FREESTLYE, our visions may not match. This can lead to mupltiple revisions, and sometimes disagreements between the customer and I. It is best to have a least a small concept so that the designer has something to work with.
Having a small vision such as the colors, font choices, or the entire look you're going for makes a BIG difference.
Timeframe 3-5 days
Custom flyers includes 3 free revisions (font, color, or, Placement change)
There is a 3 revision limit only, After that, a fee is required per additional revision of $20.
Clients have up to 3 days to give all information regarding their flyer inspo, photos, and brand concept. *** If you fail to submit your information, your service will be marked as complete. ****
No refunds once the service has been purchased.
Holidays and weekends are not included in the time frame.
If you have revisions for your service I require a response that day if possible.
After 3 days and no response has been made. Your service will be finalized.
